Shipping Policy

Our goal is to make shipping transparent, so you always know where your order is and when it will arrive. Below are the details of our shipping process.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Shipping costs

  • $5.95 flat rate on orders under $75 USD.
  • Free shipping on orders of $75 USD or more.
  • All costs are shown at checkout before you pay. No hidden fees.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Our fulfilment centre operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am–2:00pm EST.
  • The daily cut-off is 2:00pm EST. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on a holiday begin processing the next business day.
  • We do not fulfil on the following US federal holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Carriers and delivery

Domestic orders ship via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority. Carrier delivery takes place Monday to Saturday. Once your order is dispatched, delivery time depends on the carrier and your distance from our Georgia fulfilment centre; your tracking link shows the carrier's current estimate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather or carrier delays.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within three business days of ordering, contact us at hello@steadyshe.com.

Missing or damaged items

Report any missing or damaged items within 7 days of delivery at hello@steadyshe.com, including your order number and a photograph where relevant. We will investigate and resolve the issue with you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
