A note from Maren

Dear friend,

Most of my life, I was the one who held it all together, the one who read every label, never missed a beat at work, kept everyone else’s plates spinning.

So when the fog rolled in and I stopped sleeping past 3 a.m., I did the reasonable thing. I went to my doctor.

And I was told I was too young. That it was probably just stress. I walked out holding a problem no one would name, and a smaller, quieter fear underneath it: maybe it really was just me.

It wasn’t. SteadyShe started in that moment, not in a lab, in my car in the parking lot, with one stubborn thought: I know my own body. Something changed. And I will not be told it didn’t.

What wasn’t there

Doctors with no real menopause training. Shelves of kitchen-sink blends promising everything and proving nothing. The phrase “you’re too young” handed to a woman whose body already knew otherwise. There was language for every symptom, and nothing that named the whole thing, or treated her like she could understand it.

The thing no one had named

The insight that became the company is simple, and once you see it you can’t un-see it: it was never five separate problems. It’s one, estrogen withdrawing from the several systems it used to steady, showing up in five places. We called it the Foundation Wobble, and built five clean foundations to re-steady it, one leg at a time.

What we refuse to do

One job per formula · every active named · every dose on the label. Third-party tested, COA on the bottle. And the rule that costs us the most: we won’t claim more than the evidence supports, and we’ll tell you where it’s still emerging. In a category built on over-promising, restraint is the entire point.

See how we test

Who this is for

For the woman who refuses to accept “this is just how it is now.” Who wants to feel like herself again: clear, steady, rested, strong. Menopause is not the end of sharp. Sharp is not over.

The people behind it

SteadyShe is small, and deliberately so: a founder who lived this, and a team that builds and reviews every formula to the standard on our Quality page. As we bring on the clinical and scientific advisors who’ll be named here, we’ll name them: real people, real credentials, or not at all.

The science we build on

The movement

We’re finding each other: women who were told it was nothing and knew better. The word we built toward is the one that matters: finally.

Where we stand

We’re a supplement company, not your doctor. We support the systems menopause destabilizes. We don’t treat menopause, or any disease, or replace the conversation you have with your clinician. We’d rather tell you that plainly than blur it to make a sale.
