Subscription Policy

Our subscription ("Subscribe & Save") lets you receive SteadyShe on a schedule you choose, so you never run out.

How it works

At checkout you choose the subscription option and delivery interval. We then prepare and ship each order automatically on that schedule.

Billing

Your payment method is charged for each order when it renews, at the price shown at checkout (plus any applicable taxes and shipping). Where required by law, we send you a reminder before each renewal. Subscriptions continue until you cancel.

Manage, skip & reschedule

You are in control. From your account (or by emailing hello@steadyshe.com) you can skip an order, change the interval or product, update payment and address details, or pause anytime. Changes made before your next order's cutoff apply to that order.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime, with no fees or penalties. Cancellation stops future orders; it does not retroactively cancel an order that has already been processed.
