FOR THE NIGHTS THAT HAVE CHANGED
You’re tired of being tired.
And you want something that fits your life, without another complicated bedtime routine.
Your body is tired.
Your mind is still going.
The day is done, but switching off is another story.
You fall asleep.
Then you’re awake again.
You know the feeling of counting the hours until your alarm.
The morning comes.
You don’t feel rested.
You want more patience, more presence and more of yourself back.

BETTER NIGHTS. MORE YOU.
The morning after
is the reason why.
It’s being present at breakfast. Finding your train of thought. Having something left in the tank at the end of the day.
SteadyShe makes nightly magnesium simple: two grape gummies, one small step you can keep up with.
Find your nightly routine“I wanted to stop planning my whole day around how badly I’d slept.”
Michelle, 53WHY THIS FORM OF MAGNESIUM?
Already tried magnesium?
Start with the form.
You deserve more than another bottle that says “sleep.” Here is what makes this one worth a closer look.

Magnesium, paired with glycine.
Glycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. The form matters: “magnesium” on the front of a bottle does not tell you the whole story.
Give your evening some support.
Magnesium helps support normal nerve and muscle function. SteadyShe brings it into a melatonin-free nightly routine, for the part of the day when you want to let go.
Two gummies. 60 mg. Clearly stated.
That is 60 mg of elemental magnesium, not the weight of the whole compound. A measured serving, a grape flavor and an easy place in your evening.
Dark room. Less coffee. Another breathing exercise. If you are here after a long list of things you have tried, you deserve a clear explanation before another decision.
LET’S HAVE A DIFFERENT CONVERSATION
“Being exhausted
isn’t the same as
being ready for sleep.”
When you have been told to “just relax” enough times, another bedtime tip can feel like one more thing you are getting wrong.
Dr. Ellis explains the role of magnesium, why the form and serving belong in the same conversation, and how to make room for a routine that feels manageable.
THE NIGHT MATTERS. SO DOES THE NEXT DAY.
Better nights should show up
in your mornings.
We asked women to look beyond feeling sleepy: how settled were their nights, how did their mornings feel, and could they keep the routine?

Average reported minutes awake during the night, after initially falling asleep.

It's the remembering things
I can be yawning on the couch, then get into bed and remember an email I didn't answer. Then another thing. Then I'm planning Thursday. I picked the gummies because I didn't want a whole new evening project. Taking them is straightforward. Remembering to stop looking at my phone is a separate issue, apparently.

Evenings are not very organized here
Sometimes dinner's early, sometimes it isn't. I needed a habit that didn't involve getting out a blender or measuring something. The gummies fit that. They're a bit sticky for my liking.

I want to enjoy my coffee
I'd like my morning coffee to be something I enjoy, not the first thing I'm thinking about when I open my eyes. That was part of what sent me looking at my evenings. Chose gummies over a powder because I already have enough mugs to wash. Not a very glamorous reason.

Simple to take
I wanted gummies, got gummies, and like the grape flavor. That's the straightforward bit. The nights themselves are more complicated than a product review can explain.

Before I brush my teeth
That's when I've put the reminder, because I'm not going to brush them twice. Seems obvious now. I like the flavor and the gummy format suits me.

Keeping it simple
I was expecting to dislike the texture. Actually quite like it. I wanted a gummy because my evenings are busy enough without making a drink as well.

When bedtime became a calculation.
Patrice used to go to bed without thinking about sleep. Then bedtime became a calculation. If she fell asleep now, how many hours would she get? Another glance at the clock. Another thought about tomorrow.
The difficult part followed her into the morning. She still got everything done, but by the time a friend suggested meeting up, all she wanted was to go home. She had tried earlier nights and putting her phone away. When she added SteadyShe to her evening routine, she was hopeful, but cautious about expecting too much.
Over time, she found it easier to settle down and began waking more rested.
Hopeful. But unsure what to expect.
Lynn often went to bed exhausted but struggled to settle. She had tried bedtime teas and other supplements, yet she was still lying awake and waking up tired. Each disappointment made her less confident that trying something else would make a difference.
She added SteadyShe to her evening routine, hopeful but unsure what to expect.
Gradually, she found it easier to unwind before bed. Now, she spends less time lying awake and starts more mornings feeling rested. Bedtime feels less frustrating, and she worries less about how she will get through the following day.
More of herself. More to give.
Nina was getting through her days, but she didn’t feel like herself. After restless nights, she woke up tired and found small demands harder to handle. She kept up with work and home, but had less patience with her family and little energy left for seeing friends.
She began making more time to wind down in the evenings, with SteadyShe as part of that routine.
Now, she is waking more rested and finding everyday demands easier to manage. She has more patience at home and is saying yes to plans she used to put off. She still has the same responsibilities, but more energy to enjoy the people around her.
