How to claim
- Email hello@steadyshe.com with your order number and a sentence on what did not work for you.
- We will confirm your claim and explain what, if anything, needs to come back to us.
- Your refund is issued to your original payment method.
Arrived damaged or defective?
That is handled separately and faster, through our exchange process. Email us within 30 days and we will replace it.
