How and when your routine arrives, and how returns work.

Shipping

  • We ship within the United States, from our fulfilment centre in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
  • $5.95 flat rate, or free on orders of $75 or more.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. The daily cut-off is 2:00pm EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Delivery via UPS Ground, USPS First Class or USPS Priority, Monday to Saturday.
  • You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Two ways to make it right:

  • Not right for you? Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers it.
  • Arrived damaged or defective? Email us within 30 days and we will exchange it.
